As a Customer Service Representative with Trucordia, you will perform many diverse responsibilities which ultimately help us succeed in providing extraordinary customer service to our customers. The Customer Service Representative will play a crucial role in the insurance industry and supporting our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Provide quotes for commercial lines in addition to surplus lines quoting.
* Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
* Process both new business and renewals for customers.
* Skillfully identify and assess customers' needs, delivering appropriate and effective solutions.
* Process payments and submit insurance premiums accurately and in a timely manner.
* Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings to assist customers accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions to continuously improve service quality.

Qualifications:

* Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
* Excellent listening, negotiation, prospecting, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Excellent listening, negotiation, prospecting, and presentation skills.
* Valid Washington State Property & Casualty Insurance License.
* Broad knowledge of commercial property and casualty insurance. Experience in delivering client focused solutions based.

Compensation: $20.00-$23.00 an hour DOE Insurance Industry Experience
