for leading and managing a small group of Setters.
Key Responsibilities

Motivate and coach team members to improve performance
Analyze sales data to identify trends and set sales goals
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a
leadership role
Strong leadership and management skills
Ability to analyze sales data and metrics
Experience using Hubspot, Zoom, Loom, and Slack preferred
Highly motivated and organized with a positive attitude
