Shift : Mid / 4p-12a, 8x5, 40hrs per week, M-F Length : 13 weeks
Responsible for performing all routine and specialized MRI procedures by integrating medical knowledge and technical skills with effective patient interaction to provide quality patient care and accurate diagnostic information
- Demonstrated knowledge of radiologic and MRI terminology, practices, procedures, physiology, and human cross-sectional anatomy and Required: Demonstrated competency in computer-based programs as they relate to MR applications and Required: PACS/RIS knowledge
- ARRT(R) or ARRT(MRI), or ARRT(Sonography) or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist or American Registry of MRI Technologists
- 1 year of Epic experience is preferred

Start Date: ASAP (4 weeks from offer for compliance requirements)Shift: 5x8 evenings - We are asking for evening technologist Monday-Friday 4pm-12am (8hr). Saturday and Sunday off. For this request, no weekends included with the exception of the one sunday call day.Demonstrated knowledge of radiologic and MRI terminology, practices, procedures, physiology, and human cross-sectional anatomy and Required: Demonstrated competency in computer-based programs as they relate to MR applications and Required: PACS/RIS knowledge and Preferred: ImageCast/CareCast experienceSkills Required: Responsible for performing all routine and specialized MRI procedures by integrating medical knowledge and technical skills with effective patient interaction to provide quality patient care and accurate diagnostic information. Trauma level 2 exp required.Epic Experience REQ: 1 year of Epic experience is required.Certs REQ: Required Upon Hire: ARRT(R) or ARRT(MRI), or ARRT(Sonography) or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist or American Registry of MRI Technologists Certification. Yes 1 Sunday a month (24hr - 6am-6am on Monday) and 1 day a week of call. If they are on nights, they will begin call after their shift until 6am the next morning. 5 hrs of call on a week night once a week.see shift aboveLocals Accepted: Organizes daily work schedule and performs related clerical duties as required.Integrates previous imaging studies, laboratory results, patient history and medical records to optimize exam.Provide training/education to staff and students as indicated.Operates MRI scanner for data acquisition, reconstruction and documentation of images, and performs quality control measures for the purpose of ensuring optimal quality images.Applies the ACR Guidance Document for Safe MR Practices to ensure patient, visitor and caregiver safety.Performs other patient care activities, duties and responsibilities as assigned consistent with Caregivers' scope of practice, training, experience and license/certification/registration.FACILITY INFORMATIONType of Facility: Short-Term Acute CareMagnet / Teaching / Level Trauma (if applicable): COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions OnlyFlu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - No Exemptions
