Job Description:
A company is looking for an RCM Specialist, Accounts Receivable
to perform data entry and bookkeeping tasks in the Revenue Cycle
Management Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Submit claims to payors and track claim rejections and denials
Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and assist with the
collection of receivables
Produce billing analysis reports and communicate findings to
relevant parties
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
High School diploma or GED required
One to two years of experience in revenue cycle management or
billing in the healthcare field
Knowledge of Medicaid/Managed Care Organization (MCO) billing
practices
Experience with billing in an Electronic Data Interchange/3rd party
clearinghouse environment
Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft
Office applications
