AnalystSalary Range: $60,000 - 80,000Location: SeattleAbout the
PositionThe Senior AP Analyst is responsible for guiding the AP
team and performing timely and accurate daily processing of
payables and general accounting functions.Essential Functions and
ResponsibilitiesInclude the following. Other duties,
responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any
time with or without notice.
- Process vendors' invoices accurately, including PO & invoice
matching, reviewing for applicable sales and use tax, proper
coding, proof of delivery, and authorization.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in records or documents
including researching records and making necessary adjustments to
vendor accounts or accounting records.
- Communicate issues and resolutions to the accounting manager
and vendors as needed.
- Process check run and provide excellent internal and external
customer service.
- Accurate vendor setup, maintain, review, complete, issue, and
file W-9s, Report of Unclaimed Property and other returns as
required by Federal and State agencies.
- Lead, coach and support co-workers in performing A/P
functions.
- Tax reporting, including but not limited to 1099 and use
tax.
- Maintaining confidentiality of Goodwill financial affairs.
- Research and resolve problems and answer questions from staff
or vendors.
- Reconcile vendor statements and maintain electronic and paper
vendor files.
- Demonstrates safe work practices through awareness and
observation in support of a safety culture; reports any potential
hazards or accidents.Position Requirements(Qualifications for the

Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree in Accounting or
Finance.
- Minimum 3-5 years accounts payable with supervisory experience.
Ability to interact with staff throughout a number of departments.
Ability to perform multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving, detail-oriented and with the ability to handle
multiple tasks within deadlines.Certificates, Licenses, or
Registrations:N/AComputer/Technology Skills:
- Proficiency level of intermediate to advanced knowledge with
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- D365 ERP or similar accounting software
- Ability to learn new technology and software as related to the
job.
- 10-key by touch.Physical Abilities:While performing the duties
of this job, the employee will be required to sit for long periods
of time, communicate with other employees by talking and hearing,
required to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds and to
operate computer systems. Specific vision abilities required by the
job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral
vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Able to
communicate with others effectively both verbally and written,
including those who have limited English skills. Maintain reliable
