Job Description:

Are you a skilled installer looking for a rewarding opportunity in the construction industry? Join our team as a Gutter Installer and become an ambassador for our company, ensuring every customer's satisfaction through the highest quality workmanship. Hours: 25-40 hours per week, flexible schedule Responsibilities: Install company products according to work orders, manufacturer guidelines, and safety standards. Utilize common hand tools such as snips, crimps, saws, drills, and more. Load trucks with materials and follow job instructions accurately. Demonstrate basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Drilling holes to fit screws and mount brackets. Caulking all gaps and joints. Sourcing appropriate replacement gutters when required. Fabricating all parts required for the job. Drive a box truck safely with a valid insurable driver's license. Manage extension ladders and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs). Work comfortably at heights and on ladders/roofs. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and vehicles. Track inventory and supplies. Requirements: Previous experience in construction, especially roofing, preferred but not required. Ability to work a flexible schedule, starting as early as 6:00 am for island projects. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Valid insurable driver's license. Ability to bend, twist, and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
